Property Manager Letter and Information
We at Diversified Services, Inc is the Property Manager for the Steeplechase HOA. It is our endeavor to provide property management services that will enhance not only your quality of life, but also the value of your property. Our goal is to expedite any questions, requests, or concerns that you have about this community. Members of our staff are available to help you from 8 AM to 6 PM, everyday. Emergency calls will be fielded by a live person from 6 PM to 8 AM.
